I know it means For You Page but does it help boost the post into the FYP?

I saw FYP in comments.

It’s used by TikTok users who found the video via For You page and posting this comment shows video creator that they were recommended by TikTok algorithm.

Does it help if you put it in video description/caption? I don’t know. Nobody outside of TikTok company can tell.

That’s my theory.

Or they might be suggesting to TikTok algo that content is good for front page.

Yes, it’s to let the creator know that they found the vid on the for you page
