There’s nothing wrong with changing the profile photos of an account. Just checking, why not just add the new profile photo and change the privacy status of the older profile pictures?
no, nothing will happen to your account just make sure to delete few photos slowly day by day and see how it goes.
I don’t think that will trigger any safety issues, at least I’ve never heard about similar cases.
