Woke up to 20 EV fom client accounts

Yes I did, accounts never connected to any third party app or bot also receive these notifications, all I had to do is make a batch of over 50 manual actions at once on one account on a phone and all accounts on that phone get this message after a while

Great news then. That was my suspicion. I logged into an account via mobile last night and got a temp lock. It was connected once to automation however a while ago.

Has anyone had any temp blocks with accounts that use two factor login? I haven’t seen one as yet.

I have on 2 accounts!

It’s nice to heard you are not getting hit with temporary lock. Are you using EB only?

@Tyson No EB, no API, i use my custom system only. However, i do some of my scrapping with Jv, and i had to stop since 2 weeks as i’m lazy to replace them all, all the time.

“Good” morning. Got most of my scraper like this, and I just was able to recover the oldest one. By the way, I wasn’t able to recover any of the rumbler mail accounts, neither with embedded and manually try it.

does anyone know if Jarvee is going to do anything about it? sounds like an issue

Jarvee needs to patch this… cant even do anythin on IG now

I’m talking to them about this issue over email since I had 500 banned in 1 night, I’m just working through their process of elimination for them to determine if I’ve done anything wrong. It would help if we all reported to Jarvee a large number of scrapers being banned at one time as an issue.

I did report, support just keep sending generic emails…

They know about the issue and are looking deep dive into it, and they are the best you can find out there - mass reporting this issue will make the investigation even slower …

Instead of just reporting - try to help  Go through your log files - through your recent api call export, your recent api error export and try to find patterns on the accounts that are getting verification.

Btw - on my side only a minor percentage of clients were hit (maybe 1%?). - it’s “only” scrapers Here on my side that are mostly affected

1%? :open_mouth: mind helping us out? How many client’s are running smoothly? Do you Follow/unfollow with those accounts? If yes, do you follow and unfollow at the same time? Do you use 4G proxy’s or something else? API/EB?

Think I tried nearly everything, even just connecting a client with Jarvee and not doing any actions are causing EV/PV blocks.

yea not helpful at all. IG def figured them out and they need to patch this asap no one is working right now lol

lol why should we not report to JV. u know if no one reports it, they just not gonna do anything about it right? just because you are not affected doesn’t mean the issue is not on their end. Read through the list of ppl that have complained on the thread, and you will realize you are the minority.

I think what he was saying was that many people have already reported it to support - and they are well aware of whats going on. We have emailed and I know many others who have as well.

Having 300 more people send the same email would just take them away from actually fixing the problem.

That was how I interpreted it but I could be wrong

Good to know the Devs are on it.

i mean yes… if someone from Jarvee actually tells us what is wrong and what they are going to do to fix it. then yes there is less of a need to report, but for the last few days they are completely silent. you can’t blame ppl for mass reporting in that case.

Yeah true I totally understand

I stopped all accounts for almost a week, and then today when I tried to restart, bang! half of them got pw reset immediately

At least 80% of my clients are well aware that they can’t perform any action during the period of time MP works (I usually configure MP to work 12 hours per day between 9pm and 9am). The other 20% simply just doesn’t care or forgets about my warnings. But there’s something that I never noticed before: During hours MP isn’t supposed to work, it still is performing API CALLS. Is this normal? even though those accounts have all the tools inactive? If MP is performing api calls during day time where my clients manage and use their accounts this could be one of the triggers for the pasword reset/temporarily locked/ev/pv warning?

If nightmode is turned on this should not happen. And I also believe that it doesn’t happen.

If nightmode is not on, but the tools are inactive it can make api calls for example to sync.
