Hey guys, I’m currently managing multiple IG accounts manually. I’m looking for apps/sites/tools that will allow me to schedule posts and send a notification to post. I’ve tried Buffer (doesn’t allow scheduling of multiple videos in a carousel) and I’ve tried planoly (only allows a small amount of accounts)
So I’m curious to know what all the manual posters use to:
Find content
Schedule content
Or just your workflow/process of managing your accounts
(I’m not looking to automate the posting)
This is unlikely the best way but it works for me;
As i use insta daily ill save all my posts to collections, one for feed, one for story (lower quality images) and then a folder for ‘next day’ and its super easy to go into the folder, find one you want, download it and write a caption there and then in notes and post it. Usually takes me around 2 minutes per image.
To add, every evening ill plan out what ill post tomorrow (i need my feed to look aesthetically good too) so i put the ones i think will look good grouped into my ‘NEXT DAY’ folder.
Therefore i already know which i will post for that day and makes it super simple to find everything you need to know for credit etc.
If you have the accounts linked to FB, Creator Studio is very simple but does the job well and IG likes when you post from there more than from any other third party app.
If not Later is good and you have 30 posts free per month.
To find content I use the the IG app and I send the posts or profiles to an account that I only use for that, so I need only to open the messages on that account and I have all the content.
If you want to download pictures the best is Downloader for Instagram, a Google Chrome extension (FREE). To send them to my phone I just connect the phone to the PC and transfer them.
Do you know if adding 100+ manual accounts to FB Creator Studio in a good idea??
What if you handling 100+ accs manually and need a scheduler? What’s the cheapest option?
@scorpionking You should checkout metricool.com
Not only can you schedule but also can track 100 competitors and get valiable insights into ER, hashtags they are using etc all at one place. Metricool is my social media manager!
Right now just 30 brands. But they do offer 50 brands in their Enterprise plan and if you need to manage more than 50, 100+ in your case, you can contact them for custom pricing. They should be able to scale.
The only reason I’m posting manual is to try and get my engagement but up on my page, do you know if the algorithm has anything against facebook creator?
If the accounts are linked to FB is a very good idea, you are telling FB who you are and you gain some credibility. Scheduler for 100+ accounts won’t be cheap, providing that are business accounts so you can use an approved third party app, if not go for automation with a well known tool.
