Now there is 2 aspects in this imo.

  1. The quality of the sources and the reasearch behind it. Using the right course of action to find decent sources.

  2. Your settings should match circumstances. As for now and how things look like atm. less will be a good starting point and then try gradually building up to a higher number. Now some may say that the opposite works great for them, but I am considering the majority that I witness.
