Hello, I was wondering if i am running multiple YT channels off my home IP address, will this get flagged my YT?

By running multiple YT channels, do you mean just having multiple channels on one general YouTube account?
Multiple Gmails or one Gmail with many channels ??
If you are talking about multiple YT channels (not YT accounts) you should be fine.
Agreed just make sure to use multiple proxies
