My ig acc was disabled once and i sent my picture form and everything, ok reactivated, than after few days again it was disabled, but this time i dont get form in my email to send email verification
Any methods, or solutions_

Are you posting original content? Also if you’re not using mobile proxies disables happen often.

Was the account already big? If not, then it doesn’t deserve your time, just move on to another. I never bother to try to unban an account, unless it has been growing for a long time.
