Q: Which websites can be accessed?
A: We don’t block access to any website so you can access any website the proxy ranges support.
Q: Does the IP Rotate?
A: We offer both static and rotating proxies. For the rotating proxies, we offer the ability to change your IP every 1, 10, and 30 minutes, or a mix of all three rotations.
Q: Can I replace my static proxies?
A: Yes, monthly plans include a 1x total proxy replacement which allows you to replace all your proxies in your subscription. You may also purchase extra proxy replacement as an add-on upon your proxy purchase.
Q: What are the available locations?
A: For the rotating residential proxies, we offer up to 130+ Countries filter, but for static proxies, we only have USA IPs for now, but we’re constantly adding more locations from time to time. You can check the list of available locations here.
Q: How many IPs can I authorize / whitelist?
A: 5 IPs max, but if you need to whitelist more than that, just simply reach out to our support team and we’ll help you out.
Q: Do you provide a trial proxy?
A: Yes, you may send your trial request here or via DM here. Please specify the type of proxy you wish to test, and the website / service you are testing the proxy for so our team can determine the proxy that can work best for you.
Q: What are your supported payment methods?
A: We support Paypal and cryptocurrency payments at the moment, and we’re also working on bringing back our credit / debit card payment support. We’ll update everyone when it’s available again.
Q: How long do I have to wait to get my proxies after I order?
A: Proxies are delivered directly to your fully-automated dashboard in less than a minute from the payment confirmation.
Q: Is it possible to retain the same IPs for more than a month?
A: Absolutely, you can keep the same IPs for as long as you want as long as you keep your proxy plan active by renewing it each month or upgrading it to a worry-free auto-renewal subscription.
