Are Contexual Actions really important?

Hey guys, so I was talking with the Jarvee Support Team about my TL’s and they also suggested me to enable contexual actions. Is this important to decrease Instagram Detections? If yes, why? Doesn’t it just cause more actions?

yes you should use the contextual action this option has proven to be very helpful when it come to making the account look natural and legit, you can use these settings for that:
