This forum definetily needs much more moderation than now.

Everyone who’s joined in the past 2-3 months, that is desperate for level 2 has been doing this lol. Nothing constructive coming from most of them. Necroing old threads, and commenting pointless shit just for level 2 lmao.

System is getting tetally abused, i dont know how is possible Admin/Moderators dont change this, its super annoying nowadays. I proposed a good Feature and now is lost on the Forum, i feel super dicouraged for posting anything.

Same sensation when contacting support, you write them in serious/formal way and they answer you with automatic answers treating you as a noob/rookie, it looks like more they try to discourage for writing them again than helping you.:

" Hello, Do not Remove if the number of Sources is Less than x is really useful for manage our sources properly but there is a HUGE PROBLEM, it should only be applied to “Remove Source if Follow Back Ratio is lower than”, right now is being also applied to “Remove sources for which the search takes too long”!!!

This is made for reaching in good way our daily limits and its doing totally the opposite!!!

This is totally wrong, it occasionates that Sources that are totally dry keep stucked in our sources list!!! This provocates super long Scrapes and this is the reason we dont reach our Daily Follows a lot of times, and even worse, it provocates we make a lot of Api Calls too for nothing!!!

Please, fix it ASAP, if im right, this is a REAL Follow Block Maker, including the heavy ones that every one is talking about.

I have tried and helped sometimes to fix things that are working bad, but really, these type of answers discourage me. Always they ask you for things that are not useful. I dont think this is they way for answer my email.

The idea of adding this Feature was mine, by the way.

To be fair, they might have been asking for that information so they could try to recreate your issue and consider your request. I’m not saying that’s the case but whenever I write them the first email is always like that…I give them the info and the second from them is far better laid out and informative

I will give them the useless information they are asking to me, after that, they will ask me for more useless information, i ll have to text like 5-6 emails providing more useless information and after all that MAYBE they are able to do nothing.

I have the sensation that is working people that they are not experimented with their software, directly. I prefer to ask directly in the Forum. Contact support is frustrating most of times if the question is the “minimum hard”.

I want to know if “Do not Remove if the number of Sources is Less than x” excludes or includes “Remove sources for which the search takes too long”, if they dont know, they have to check on their end, i dont need to provide nothing on this case, imo.

The problem is, imo again, that they are not running accounts and then they have to ask for everything, I dont teach how to dance if im not a good dancer.

I remember it took me around 1.5 years since I joined this community to get to level 2… I knew I was in this for the long run and took my time.

I Tried to add value where I could in the threads in between client work and personal life.

It took a lot of practical application and patience… (still applying and trying new things I’m learning)

So… I hope these new level 2’s are in it for the long run as well

(Now I strive for the regular badge for which I want to be worthy of first)
