I got an offer for being an admin for an engagement group (size from 5k to 20K) with different pricing tags of course. What do you think about this type of the growth and engagement? Reasonable?

It really depends on your personality and reason for accepting the position. It will certainly get you exposure, assuming the group is active. But it can also be a huge time committment. I run my own social media platform. It is very time consuming because I must insure there is attractive content daily.
