In Google Sheets or Excel, put each Instagram account on one row with its follower count and likes/comments from sampled posts. If five posts average 40 likes and 10 comments, and the account has 1,000 followers, its engagement rate is (40 + 10) ÷ 1,000 × 100 = 5%. Fill that formula down for the few thousand accounts.
