I have access to the OG email, but no matter what I do, I get stuck there…

I lost all of my accounts by doing one mistake:
Changing the connected telephone number of the in questioned account.

Don’t ever change the verification telephone number during this kind of insta verification process. This leads 100% to disabled accounts
