Creating a List of Followings for AutoFollows

I was wondering if there is a way to do one of these two things:

  1. Automatically set the parameters to follow the followers of everyone you follow
    or
  2. Easily obtain a URL list of everyone you follow

There is no automatic way, but you can export your followings from the Follow Results tab (for those that you’ve followed outside MP, import your followings by checking the option 'Import people you’ve followed manually, configure the settings and hit ‘Extract Following’ button) and scrape the info you need. Then on the Follow source, choose ‘Follow Friends of Target accounts’ and enter all the account URLs that you got from the export file.
