How do you boost your productivity? Tricks, Tips and Hacks

This thread is so awesome. For me, the biggest change has been not using an alarm and letting my body wake me up - can’t believe how I’d never thought of this until a friend mentioned it. I feel SO much better in the mornings and I think that it even affects me psychologically when going to bed because I’m not low-level stressing about the alarm and how much time I have to sleep - I trust that my body will wake me when needed.

Also, cold showers. And pomodoro.

I do yoga every morning but I don’t recommend to start it without trainer. First need to learn right movements or you will have bad results.
