This thread is so awesome. For me, the biggest change has been not using an alarm and letting my body wake me up - can’t believe how I’d never thought of this until a friend mentioned it. I feel SO much better in the mornings and I think that it even affects me psychologically when going to bed because I’m not low-level stressing about the alarm and how much time I have to sleep - I trust that my body will wake me when needed.
Also, cold showers. And pomodoro.
