There are thousands of tools online, it should not bother you if I donā€™t know about them.

I automate my social media tasks using Javascript and an app developed by a SaaS company I work with. We have 30K+ signup/trials and 1.5K+ paying users; I work with users to formulate Instagram/PR strategies.

Not sure why you are so quick to judge.
