how to increase follower on my Pinterest?
Pin, pin, pin… it is that simple. Search your keyword in the search bar, look at what comes up in the little bubbles under the search bar. Those are essentially long tail keywords (easier to be seen). Make sure that keyword is in the title, description, tags of the image. Also, if you can do video, Pinterest is pushing video pins hard right now. Group boards have little value anymore.

my video is increasing but folllowers are not good
Split test pins to the same url. See which one converts better, then work from there. Each niche is different, and respond differently.
