My account handle is @marilyntambien - personal without photos of me except in my profile photo but I wouldnāt call it a business account just one where I post film photos Iāve taken. The profile photo of me matches that of my other personal account with many photos of me (not disabled) if thatās any help. That personal account is @marilyn.smith
My personal ig account account is coachgiles_ and it is linked with my business account untamed_athletics. The business account is fine but the personal page wont let me log in and reset. I really appreciate your help
Hi Ossi, thanks for all the info in this topic. Trying to recover an account but not able to see the form. For another account I get the form so trying that way. First mail asks for extra info. But they keep telling they canāt give access to the account. I mentioned both email addresses that could be used to create the account years ago now, also the phone number and device used. But it keeps sending text below. Must be missing something their system wants to read but hard to find what exactly.
Is the form not linked to the username through which itās accessed in the app and the reason they canāt match with the given info?

I filled out the form and i got an email back to change my password and i did. Then i tried to log back into my account and it still said temporarily locked. The thing is i know what the email is that is set up to my account but its a fake email so i donāt have a way to receive the code thats being sent.
