I’ve been getting this same request for an account that is not a business, so they don’t even exist… which sucks. Not sure what the hell is going on over at IG/FB but something is screwed up.
How long has it been since you submitted the information, and what did you send them?
3 weeks!
All the documents that they list in the email.
I’ve lost 6 yesterday😝 and I was able to enable 2 already so fingers crossed.

I sent in a response exactly as stated above with the written code and selfie, I also added an id card in the selfie.
After a week of no response they unbanned my 47k gardening page and just said sorry lol.
Now that I have it back I am going to tread lightly to gain some street cred back.
Moral: Follow the directions

Did you mark that the account was being used for business? Considering those are all business documents I am curious if this impeded your process.
My account was for business but I followed this guide and was never asked about my business at all.

A little question: I my client already sent a selfie of himslef and didn’t got any response, will it work if we keep on trying using a selfie of me and not the client?
Just don’t want to bother the client…
The process is kind of slow since 1,2 months.Last time it took 1 week to get any response,just wait a bit longer(usualy at least 1 week)

does anyone know if it actually is a real person looking over the pictures? I unbanned 12 accounts already and all were a pic of me. They would bound to catch on if it was a real person looking at it
