🛠 How to unban your Instagram Account correctly

No, not the original email.

Don’t stop. Don’t give up…
I spent a matter of a couple months retrying.

Even messaged Henry about it, but just being consistent is the best answer when it comes to following this guide correctly. I have now unbanned 2 of my accounts with this method. One got unbanned much quicker than the other which really motivated me to keep pushing for that second big account I had banned.

“Your account has been disabled for not following the Instagram Community Guidelines and we won’t be able to reactivate it.”

I have one in this position, and am not getting a reply top to submitting the form.

Any help would be appreciated.

On this particular one, sadly no. But I had one banned like 3 month ago getting that message and all the sudden it’s reactivated again. It’s weird.

I get the same email, but I think is normal, we need doit one more time until recover the acc.

Thanks to this system I recovered accounts that I thought I had lost forever, after 5 months I tried and I succeeded, thanks to the creator of the guide!

Just wanted to add my experience:

Initial form submission from real mail + pic with code got this reply:
“Your account has been disabled for not following the Instagram Community Guidelines and we won’t be able to reactivate it.”

second submission with gmail trick got no reply.

third mail with gmail trick+ pic with code got account reactivated. Wait time was 2 days after sending in pic with code.

Thanks to everyone in the thread and @HenryCooper for the help.

UPDATE: didn’t get the email anymore when I send the request from my home IP so I’ve sent it from my MP server. It arrived, I sent in the pic for the 3rd or 4th time. 5hours later, account reactivated :smiley: I even forget the change my email to answer when using the gmail trick, still worked.

You really just have to be lucky to get a fb employee who doesn’t give a fck and reactivates your account. So keep sending in those requests and wait for that person :wink:

Question here. Does the email have to be the email used with the account or it could be any email address?

and 1st after sending my selfie pic. instagram still not unbanned my id.
and i try again tomorow.
and fill the form again.
but for the email : i use the dot trick. right? example : ins.tagra.me.mail@gmail.com
is that correct?

Have you guys had succes when its related.to copyright?

I lost two accounts because of this.
For the first one Instagram replied me on every email I sent begging them to give me the account back, but in the end they just wrote me this is our final email regarding this, your account is permanently disabled.
For the second account I have never got any other reply from them, except fist email with that generic text about IG rules.

No part in this guide said you should have a conversation with them or even beg. If you annoy them so much that they blacklist you then that is not the fault of the guide. I feel sorry about your experience tho.

No, I didn’t mean on the guide, I just replied on @florin22xxl post and I wrote my experience because I lost two accounts because Copyrights issue. I didn’t use the guide.
