So I was happily unbanning some accounts the other day, and for the heck of it I decided to try and use the second url for once, the facebook one. When I got my unban message back it started with:

Hi [my real name],

You account has been reactivated, blah blah blah

I was like, how do they know my real name? And then I realized… I was logged in to Facebook on that browser. Even though it looks like the Instagram front end when you click that link, its definitely Facebook lol. Yes, its obvious, but I was complacent for a moment there. So just a heads up if you don’t want IG to know you are a spammer botter, don’t do what I did :scream::joy:

Their unbanning situation is wierd though, like when I do it in Chrome I get the first message back in my local language (nothing on my PC is in that language), then the second message I get from them is like in whatever random language, like ‘Hola, Volvimos a activar tu cuenta…’

Oh well, as long as they unban my accounts, its all muy bien :grin:

Sometimes their “geo location vs ip” is not super accurate.

I get a lot of “there was a problem with the request” within browsers.
How do you deal with this?Seems like IG sees i am abusing the email system and doesn’t let me send multiple emails.

That is to much. You “should” always complete a full cycle to be save from a “hardlock”.

Just a quick thank you to @HenryCooper for this accurate guide. :grin:

What I did:

  • I used this guide.
  • I used the same pic over and over again, just photoshoped the text on the paper.
  • I used the same text when responding to them. (Just changed this part: Best regards, NAME)
  • G-Mail strategy still works well ofc.

Other stuff:

  • Accounts that were resting for 5-12 month had 100% chance to get unbaned at the first try.
    (10 Accounts)
  • Accounts that were resting for a few days had 24% chance to get unbaned at the first try.
    (8 Accounts)
  • From now on I will send around 1 unban request per account every 2 days.
  • I read somewhere else to use https://www.thexifer.net/ to change the location where the picture was taken. So far this seems to be really irrelevant for me though. Got accounts unbanned with and without the change.

You wrote to them? I just sent the picture, no text whatsoever. At any rate, nice work though.

What font are you using for that? I thought about doing that but felt like all the fonts I know that are supposed to be handwritten are noticeably just computer fonts.
