Because of the language team. Most IG users are in the US afaik. So you are hiding under the sheer amount of unban request. Hope that info helped.

I noticed that the automated e-mail I get is still in german, even though I select US.
Nice guide, could you explain how to set your accepted language in your browser to EN-US.

You can’t see how bad you got banned from the outside.
I managed to recover some accounts but this is a message I’ve gotten on one I couldn’t yet recover:
“Your account has been disabled for not following the Instagram Community Guidelines and we won’t be able to reactivate it.”
I guess what I need to do is keep messaging them no matter what?

I’ve reveived that message at least 5 different times that I got disabled, and each time I was able to restore my account . I kept appealing every day and after a few months I received a reactivation email! Good luck!

In my experience IG/FB will not reply if you apply with same email in same week. Am I right? If you apply 2 days in a row, you use different emails?
Thats why you use the email trick
Yes, I remember you wrote somewhere to apply once per week using same email.
I used that trick to unban account when I lost access to email associated to IG account.
