I am currently receiving the same response from Instagram. Henry told me I filled out the form wrong or didnāt understand it. Iām glad to see other users sharing similar experiences, maybe we can learn together.
After Facebook support ask you to log into the app and follow on screen instructions (appeal through the app), does Facebook support contact you again?
I filled out the information about 5 minutes after that post, will update if I get a response from them.

Oh I appreciate the helpā¦ however Iāve contributed to the forum as well, even though it hasnāt been as much as Henry I donāt believe my questions should be overlooked because one admin wasnāt able to find a resolution. I respect EVERY forum members opinion and suggestions equally. Not to mention that none of his replies had anything to do with the question at hand. Heās making everything I post about āpage aā, so when I post questions about āpage bā he shuts down any type of forum discussion. Iāve found that reading topics that have nothing to do with my personal issues have been helping me understand different aspects of the apps,so Iām not sure what his resistance is in allowing me to use the forum to learnā¦

Instagram Re-Enabled my account around an hour ago. So after filling out the form it took about 12 hours for them to reply, and re-enable my account.

I havenāt made any post about the page youāre (still) referring to because it has already been recovered, page name changed as well as email/phone number. I have not been receiving any other issues with that account, and have been focused on recovering two others which I havenāt had progress on.

The last few months I sent around 2-3 unban requests and they all got denied. Last year I had no problems but looks like they changed something. And when I click on the link in the e-mail it takes me to a 404 page lmao

I use my own experience that I get on the field. That is the reason why my information is accurate on this topic. Also I am not quiet sure what you are referring to. Unbanning has nothing to do with Massplanner.

Now i have one more account. This time it is an account for spam tbh with almost 30k followers. What can i say? It happenes when you are using page for spamming. Anyway, I donāt wanna lose it and i have one simple question:

You can only email them once and just wait? What happens if they donāt reply back to you?

They should send the classic name + pin on paper pic mail.

I think I have read that sometimes people got a āNOā regarding the re-activating-request and they send other requests and finally got the email with the request for a photo. maybe you can try it, too. But note: if your acc. had any āadult stuffā or might have been reported due to copyright infringement, the chances are low to zero that you get that emailā¦ If you think you didnt have such content on your acc., re-send the request.

Nothing of that kind but the account Iām trying to recover offended another user as a joke and have been reported and taken down. I will keep on trying. Thanks man
