So I used the alias thing and got a reply instantly, but they denied the request after I sent the pic… So i sent another request with another alias but no email and it’s been a few days. I’ve been sending at least 1/day using alias’ and different emails (with alias’). But nothing yet… My account has been banned for over 2 months btw.

Quick question. When you change the name of the email address (henry to h.enry) the email that facebook sends you appears as henry, how do you know which email address they sent the email to ?

Hey, I just got my account back, took 7 days. After 3 days I stopped receiving the code email from Instagram. Regardless I just kept sending requests twice a day.

Boys & Girls, don’t spam them to frequent or you might get your account into a temp. lock state. :slight_smile:

Either full unban cycles or wait 1-2 days in between.

it will lift when it lifts – stay slow actions and keep active…3 days to 30 days it will lift if account is in good standing

@HenryCooper thanks for this. This fixed an account right up.

For anybody to answer, do you recommend any pause of activity after unban or slowing down the actions and increasing them again over x number of days? Eg if you were doing 500+ follows and 30-40DMs would you continue with that straight after unban or lower and increase?

i don’t use DM’s. For me not the worth the risk so I don’t know about them. It would be safe to slow down or stop them for a few days. You gotta remember after getting an account back from a ban – treat it as a new account and warm it up –
if after a PV only – u going to be throttled or shadowed…expect that, it’s part of the game. slow down actions – expect Er to drop like a rock for a few days-- weeks ( depends on the account and content – ) and do normal stuff, less of it except post regular…

Accound Disable 4/10
first request of unban (send pic with code username and name) 10/10
firs negative mail 16/10
second request of unban 16/10
come back 20/10 :sunglasses!

4 bans 3 come back

a single negative email and I redid the procedure and 4 days have unlocked me. only one account is still blocked but for copyright infringement
