i had two accounts in manual wanting ev, they did not arrive. Next morning they are right there in the email of the account. Possibly a delay issue or a bug or both.

Keep getting error= COULDNT REACH EMAIL ADDRESS , PLEASE TRY SOME OTHER METHOD.

I donât have a fix for this but letting the account rest usually solves it. Also try to send it from the IP you use majority of the time.

Anyone has the Instagram URL link to request help? I have one account I canât get the password has been reset email.
I used to have it, but lost it. And canât find it on Google.
Has Instagram been emailing anyone? I have sent a support request but have not heard from them for over a week.

I have my ig account link with my phone number so the only option I have to reset the password is by SMS. I change password multiple times but I still have the verification loop.
Someone have lift the block by just letting the account rest for a few days or this is a undefined âtemporaryâ block???.. because i still have access to the IG inbox message on my linked FB page

Same thing happening here! how did you manage to reset the password through SMS? I only received a login link there.
UPDATE* - I recover the account 26 hrs later.
My experience in chronological order:
The Problem: NO EMAIL LINKED TO THE ACCOUNT
05/11 11:35AM - MY ACCOUNT GET THE IMVELO-19 (IMPOSSIBLE VERIFICATION LOOP 2019)
05/11 I try the OPERA VPN and i was able to change the password successfully by a SMS link but the problem was that the account was not linked with a email so i could not complete the second step of this method. Also I reset the password directly from the SMS link without a VPN. I change password like 9 times in total
05/11 5:00PM I struggling a lot i was feeling terrible 70K organic and 23% engagement account so my only solution was to give some rest to the account and see if eventually i could get a verification SMS
05/12 . Next day i try to connect to the account like 3 times from all my devices and dont attemp to change the password during the day same loop
05/13 1:17AM. I try to log in from my ipad with the username and the verification code option appear and i saw the light. They ask me to verified the account with a code by SMS then ask me for a email address then to confirm the email with a link and then ask me about if my account was linked to a fb page i said yes and finally if i log in from a unrecognized location i said yes the location was NIGERIA and change my password.
CONCLUSION:
Make sure that you have your IG account verified with a email and donât waist your time trying to contact facebook/instagram to help you because getting a answer from them is the only impossible thing.

API calls. Use EB only for at least 7 days after loop.

Hi everyone this is my 3rd post in this feed let me tell you guys that I found a solution that works for me. Im sure it could work for you to guys⌠I done this steps from my iPhone in my local network.
Step 1. Go to the log in page in the instagram app
Step 2.: Tap âForgot Passwordâ
Step 3: (THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP) enter your username and TAP the âNeed more help ?â with your username on. in this part your account will enter in a RECOVERY MODE and ask you to verify your identity by EMAIL or SMS asking you for a verification code, follow all the steps that instagram ask you to do next. (Verify email, phone, fb page âif you have it linked â, a weird location that I said yes and in the end it ask you for a password change.)
Step 4: (CONFIRM LOCATION) Once you change password you gain access to the account but is very important that you log in to your instagram from a desktop browser and validate your locations so the loop doesnât happen again.
*Go to instagram in your desktop web browser log in and go to settings > location activity and there instagram will ask you to validate your location. Click confirm and thats allâŚ

I tried this on my Android phone, the login page is a bit different. After I typed in my username, IG gave me three options: Send an email, Send an SMS messages, and Need More Help?. The first two options took me to Get Help page after I entered the code.
The Need More Help? option took me to this page. Should I continue?
Iâm afraid this is like 24 hours review which usually leads to a ban.
When I paste the ââsecure my accountââ link on the password changed mail it keeps leading me to the verification loop. What can I do? I cleared the cookies and tried using different browsers. Any ideas?
I tried this method as well when I wrote the account name and click on the ââNeed more helpââ link, it directs me to a stupid FAQ page.

Try opening the Secure My Account link on your phone (browser on your phone and IG app). See if it works.
my fb was disabled and every time I put my email address they tell sorry we Clint send you a link contact instagram for help and how do I do that?
