You can learn everything about Instagram in this forum and much more. But nobody will tell you this. You have to test until you find. If you use google I suggest to ignore the first 2 result pages. Good Luck
Your only problem was the statement, you would do better saying:
- Guys FOR ME proxies from data centers DON’T WORK ANYMORE
Anyways, for me 50 accounts are running ok with DC proxies, and now it is even better because I can do like actions with no blocks like I had before…
So my experience is completely the opposite.
What´s your experience using residential proxies?
I have a couple of raspberry pi zero w running openvpn with my free Amazon VPS.
I put the raspberries on my friends house and they have rotating IPs, that change maybe once a month.
wow great! this is what we need more people talking and more sharing there experiences. Where do you get your proxies?
Is anyone experiencing low story views after getting un-action blocked?
What can I do to get my story views back up?
Thanks
@Agent242 Yeah same here… i’m still follow blocked (24 days now) but my story views are down like 50% from what they used to be. Not sure what that’s about
@Agent242 @D33 wouldn’t surprise me though if the low story views are correlated with the massive decrease in profile exposure due to the follow blocks and subsequent decrease in daily limit of exposure through f/uf. Basically, less follows performed, less people exposed to the account by way of f/uf, less story views. That’s just a theory though… no way to know for sure.
Side note… slowly losing my mind as day 24 rounds up and my account is STILL follow blocked. I’m really scared this is a permanent thing
There are no permanent bans, if you violated too many things Instagram will delete your account and even then you can get it back sometimes.
The ban will last for a long time if you followed more than 6000 people a month. Lets say you followed a maximum of 800 a day (using unfollow later on to keep it below the max 6500 follow limit), then you will have 24.000 follows in a month. Each day you are blocked, that amount of 24.000 follows decreases by 800, so you will need around 24 or 25 days for the ban to lift. Maybe a couple of more days if you were doing other behavior that IG is penalizing.
Sometimes it can take a month or 40 days for the ban to be lifted. You need to wait and keep using your account normally or just don´t do anything until the follow block is lifted.
Don´t know if I can post this link here but this guy talks about a super huge shadowban on 3 accounts as an example:
I create my own DC proxies from vps’s and they work fine.
All mine came back today . I’m pretty much off jarvee, my solution was to implement image recognition to improve targeting.
Hi guys, I have a question: with the 6000/30, what did you put as limit for day?
Because I noticed, I don’t know if I am right, that it’s more 6000/31 than 6000/30.
I had 2 account that got blocked because they arrived at 6100 in 31 days, but that was under the 6000 in 30 days.
So, for now, to be more sure, I putted as day limit 190 follow, to arrive at 6000 follows in 31 days.
What do you think? Have you noticed something similiar? What did you chosed as day limit?
Another strange thing that I noticed is this:
I started this day with around 40.045 followers.
Today, with the follow tool, I earned 54 followers (I am counting the people who are now following me thanks to the f/u), and I earned other 21 followers.
But the strange thing is that I am at 40.047.
Ok, yes, I know, maybe I had lost some followers, but it’s the 3rd day in a row that I am noticing this, and it’s quite strange IMO.
This number for what we see here in this forum is that his is not exactly 6000 it can vary in numbers like 5500 and 7000, even 8000 some people says that can keep follow so, each account has it special number something like that.
Yeah, I am reading and writing in this forum since the start, and I know that, but it’s pretty strange, IMO, that 2 account did this thing, and after 24 hours started working well without any problem.
And Jarvee, in the “View statistic” tool, shows the last 31 days, not the last 30…
How are you doing that?
Just to remember what @HenryCooper said … And he know what he is talking about so guys no one can really be sure about that theory.
I love that you threw cockblocked in their
Update regarding the actions block via API:
I put some blocked accounts via API to rest about 48h/72 and relaunched them today and there is what I got:
1- they can follow like & comment Via EB not API
2- I rested the device ID
3-Now they can do all the actions via API
From the Data I have got, the problem may be because of many API calls due to heavy filters!!
I Will keep the test going and will update you soon!!
As for now, I will go with soft setting and minimum API calls to see if those accounts will keep performing via API with no issues…
If true the solution should be using dedicated accounts for scrapping!!
I think as well that IG has new features to fight automation via 4g more strict than before and we will need to run lesser accounts per modem!!!
I can’t confirm that yet with certainty but I believe that Residential proxies are better than most of 4G proxies on the market!!
Finally, a statement from the Jarvee team regarding this problem is very needed, we are in the same boat and our main goal is to find ways to keep going and overcome this period with more strength!
I hope this small contribution will help someone
Thank you for reading! and please let me know what do you think!
It was really helpful indeed, thank you ! A few other ones a re also experiencing what you’re stating. I need to test it out too. Will be updating when I have more insights
