Instagram Follow Block - Mega Thread - Level 1 [SERIOUS]

No, this is not the confirmation for this “theory”. There were plenty of stats showing this may not be the case.
To my mind, this “theory” only exists because every one works “±” the same amount of people daily. So it comes to no surprise that every one have “±” same amount of follows - 6000

I think that’s a good point. Also the 4 weeks (month) timeframe is just an assumption without proof. they could also check just one week or 8 weeks. nobody knows

Same for me…

Has anyone followed up om what im seeing with EB? My follow blocked accounts can still follow from the EB…

Though i too see the 6k trend…it appears to me to be only from automation

This has been an insightful trend so far. Thank you for sharing everyone.

At the moment the 6k theory is going strong. I have an account that will reach it in a couple of days. WIll keep you all updated!

Mine doesn’t works… still blocked!

How do you get the Today/Total numbers on tools to instead show today/last 30 days? Can’t find that option in Jarvee but it appears that is what you have in your screenshot?

How I can calculate it with Jarvee??

I don’t know about the 600/30 day limits… it could be that those numbers are just quite common for a lot of us. I have a feeling that it is more about the Instagram AI being able to take the million data points of each account and recognize the bots… no matter how humanlike the actions look. Or maybe Jarvee is leaking? Who is on Jarvee and who is on another bot, and what have you each noticed about these blocks?

I had 50% of my accounts get follow blocked, though all of my accounts did over 6000 follows in the last 30 days. Rested all accounts for 2 days. Some accounts came back without the block, some still have the block.

One account was a personal account that runs on my residential IP, that was blocked and only had 3000 follows for the month. It came back fine after the rest. Only did 30 follows on the first day. 1 day later it got the “You have been using a 3rd party application which is against our TOS and must change your password” warning. That is an old account and has almost never had any blocks and no warnings of any kind in the past. Never even got the “We are removing artificial likes…” warning… just straight to the “we caught you, you better stop!”

I also believe that it has something to do with Instagram’s AI being able to detect bot activity now. I hope not, but I think there is a strong possibility that it might be the case

Which use the same f/u method :joy:

I think that instagram already knows when someone uses bot and it is obvious no one normally a day will follow more than 500 people

I hope that Jarvee can solve this because he would lose an excellent business

Jarvee can’t solve anything because there is nothing wrong with Jarvee. Do you people get it?

@WannaCryyy shared this in another thread. I think it also could be part of the discussion. It‘s a paper from 2018. Written by fb guys on „how they analyze and fight so called AAS (Account Automation Services) on Instagram.“
I highly suggest reading it if you have not already

I am curious also about EB. If this is not blocked for following isn’t there an option in Jarvee to only use the embedded browser? If we set our clients that that will it work? Has anyone tried?

I am right there with you as far as daily numbers, my unfollow and likes are still working.

One thing I was thinking about trying out, maybe you could too, is to set the follow tool to work on days a, c, e, and the unfollow to work on days b, d, f, etc…

Also, I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app just to see, still follow blocked, but got a bunch of feature update notifications. Such as long pressing to delete notifications.

Did you see Zuckerberg basically BOASTING about how hard it was to get organic engagement now? God I hope he steps down. There’s a reason 68% (or 61%) I forget, of shareholders voted to have him make a board so he doesn’t have all the day.

On another note - all my accounts that are new are good. Some that are old are back up too but majority of my old accounts are the ones with the ban.

Looks like they’re targeting those that have abused the feature. Remember when they said they’d be removing certain access to pages who are getting “inauthentic likes and followers?” I think we may have found what they meant. Just trying to connect the dots

Curious, any of you test running “likes only” with an account that has a follow block?

Likes work on my follow blocked account… just did a quick test. But obviously I am not letting it run like that…
