The forms are the normal and only support way of appealing an account. You should get come to terms with not having a right you are enforcing. IG will reject you as long as they feel like it. There are no hidden tricks or secrets (besides bribing Indian, Indonesian or Vietnamese office workers that review your appeals. Just appeal and wait.
If that’s too much, ditch the account.
Right that’s what I know and have come to expect as well. Your previous message seem to imply there could be a different appeal process that isn’t normal and has a higher/faster rate of success.
Instagram right now they are so slow in reviewing the account who got disabled that’s don’t do the form twice do it only once because you don’t want ur number in wating list to start over again from 0
I talked to Facebook for Business chat support again today and they said that if you receive an email requesting you to verify your account with a photo and code, then chances of re-enabling your account are good (assuming you pass verification). Delays in review are behind due to Covid and the backlog of requests that they have. Submitting multiple requests could delay your reviews as a result. They recommend just submitting one appeal at a time.
So how long it will take till they review our info so we can submit appeal? And there’s many requests for disabled accounts and they still slow in reviewing
Even people at Facebook and Instagram don’t know this answer. It comes down to supply / demand. There are currently tons of requests for reviews and appeals. They appear to be understaffed and impacted just like most companies due to COVID. All you can do is wait.

got my 3k account back but my 2K account still disabled coz i actually did something…
and yeah those stuck with the “thanks for providing your information” it’s not abt waiting on that one contact someone from Facebook personally well that’s what i did and let them send u the link coz u won’t be able to appeal bc they will never review ur account or at least it will take forever so just my recommendation is just to get a way to appeal without waiting to be reviewed like get someone else to fill in the form for you or idk if you wait and do nothing ur chance of getting ur account back will take forever 
Which appeal process did you do (there’s currently three different types with the three different forms)?
And did they send you a code and request photo verification with the code?

before it used to be exactly 24h,now its been over 4 days.
Makes no sense,since this process can be done “working at home”,they have no excuse…
My account was disabled last Sun. I appealed same day. Two days later (Tuesday) received an email requesting a photo with the code they provided.
I am refering to the first message where they say they will review my account withing 24h.
I still haven’t been reviewed yet.

The review takes a while not really 24hrs. Mine happened on the 1st of August then I kept getting the review then after some few days an email was sent. If they haven’t emailed you so sorry you can’t do anything there. I watched a lot of YouTube videos too
I had this issue many times before,i never got an email,i got instant baned when i tried to log.

Talking strictly about the 24h review screen.

And btw guys don’t worry you account will not get deleted only if you did the same wrong thing repeatedly because they have it on their guidelines terms
Just wait for them to review. If they don’t you can’t use the appeal forms. The wait is the hard part but you have to wait.
You won’t get an email until you appeal.
After reviewing they would send you an email to take a photo with a username and code written on a sheet of paper. Thats how it is
I did appeal for the same account but used different email and they send me the code thing and I did and I’m still waiting
