Can you log in to your account on IG app? after you press the Log in button, you will get a popup message, click Learn more then you will see a page where IG state why they disabled your account.
You should keep submitting the appeal form. Don’t wait for their response. Try entering another email address if they stop sending you the initial response.

who can help me, i was using this app “Reports+” and on saturday i went on the app and got a phone number confirmation from instagram and then i was placed on review for 24 hours, after 24 hours had passed i sent an appeal and i got denied this morning. i don’t know what to do anymore…will i be able to get my account back?
This is the normal rejection message. You will have to keep appealing.
i appealed again and i just got this “ We just investigated your report and it looks like this is no longer an issue. If it comes up again, just reply to this message and let us know what’s going on and we’ll do our best to help.” and there wasn’t any follow up email after i replied and i still can’t log into my account.
The same answer, if it still is disabled: keep appealing.

I have the same problem. When I was on instagram suddently my account deactivated because I loged in from different broswer. Instagram sent me message on my phone. I verified the phone and now stuck on the : “Thanks for Providing your info”. I need to fill the form or if I will wait will I have my account back?
You most likely have to appeal, never met anyone whose account didn’t get disabled after “Thanks for Providing your info”
every time I see on the email this message: Confirm Your Account to Request a Review. Go to Instagram and confirm it’s you before requesting a review.
