When exactly do they do phone or email verification?
You need to open an EB (embedded browser) for that account. It should go through a bunch of captchas. Once done, it’ll ask to phone verify your phone number.
Not for me.
Same thing on 12 accounts.
Yeah every one of my accounts that get this get banned after the “24 hours”

Many will think it’s the proxies that you use. Most of the times it’s not the proxies.
There is something in your automation that is linking all these accounts. Be it email, phone number, who they all like in common, follow in common, send DMs about, or URLs that they have in bio or promote.
Find out what it is and fix it.

Actualy i think its the proxies.
All the accounts were on 5 proxies.I recently moved these accounts on other proxies.These proxies were already working without any issues for about 2 years.After 1 day of swhitching this happened.
I don’t use any automation besides posting.

i got accounts on real phones and doing follow unfollow and also it got disabled in the end…
the key to minimizing the disabled is to verify using the same number you used to register
That’s been my opinion for a long time. Usually it’s something that connects the accounts together. And by that I don’t mean proxies. Check my previous note where I wrote that many think it’s the proxies when that is not the case.
Maybe liking the same account over and over again, using the same wording in DMs, etc.

ig is too bad,disable,blocked and so on…
Recovered all of my accounts.

It didint work for me,after 3 apeals nothing happened.
I switched to manual unbaning using this link https://www.facebook.com/help/instagram/contact/1652567838289083
In less than 24h all my accounts were unbaned.

Any reason why you think it doesn’t work? While it’s true i haven’t seen it work on captchas but for others - yes (not all)

I keep having accounts baned every week 
yes still having that as well. I take it as part of “the game”. Have it on LTE as well and there is so far not the point I found where I can say: this acc survived the captcha and the other not. 60-70% of my Accs mostly survive - on some days its not even 50%.
What I saw is that for me the number for the PV after the captcha matters as well. Cheap numbers are turning into a ban and more expansive ones goes through.

Exactly what Denis said, I noticed I get that ban on 5 accounts per proxy, but 2 per Proxy working perfectly fine.
