I don’t think you will get a response even after sending the selfie 5 times a day. It’s better to resubmit the appeal form. If they don’t respond, try appealing with a different email address.
if it takes more than 3 weeks. so we have to appeal Continuous after 3 weeks have there any possibilities of getting account back?
you should keep appealing day in and day out by re-submitting the form until you get a reply not every 3 weeks
and yes you can get the account back even after months.

The ban seems to be a mistake from Instagram, so I think it’s still possible to recover your account. Is the account connected with Facebook? Maybe you can try to contact FB support via live chat, and tell them that they made a mistake. I just saw a user on this forum able to recover his account after contacting FB support. yes you can get your account back but I think you need to re-appeal once again with the pics and all other info

@AkbarM says he uses a 3rd party app to know who has unfollowed him. Now that I think about it again, maybe even just connecting an account with a 3rd party app is considered as an IG’s terms violation.
yeah, I think that’s most likely it especially if that app leaves fingerprints behind it.

sorry for the late reply, yes i did, i called instagram at (650) 543-4800…they’re going to tell you it’s not active but wait until the end and then listen for a beep, after that spell your full name, username, and email as fast as you can because they will end the call in seconds and then tell them you didn’t break any TOS. do that and you’ll get your account back immediately. good luck!

About the appealing form, I found this : « Always pick the United States even if you’re not from the US » I don’t live in the US, so I should pick the US from county option ? Can Instagram see my location IP ?
