Hi, I have this problem too and I wish to find the exact reason.
- It is related to automation and the
- It is related because I use my mobile number in other accounts (same number in 4-5 accounts)
because when I received this message I’m requested to inserted the phone code verification…
I have recovered 10-15 accounts of manual way, just wait 24 hours and fill the form of IG. Take the pic and code, and wait between 10-15 days and finally you will have actived your account.
About the email, I used the email linked with the IG account and I selected USA as country. I hope this info can help the community. If you know what is the reason of this problem, please let me know. Thank you
no need to change the selfie but try to use different devices, emails, and proxies when appealing and keep appealing multiple times per day you will get a positive reply a one point
Guys, I m fully understand how panic and frustration about this happened, and not much info we can find and don’t know who can help us , very hopeless feeling …some people cheated by someone says can help them to get back their account.
I m here to share my experience now , hope can be helpful.
I have been facing this problems twice before . and lucky enough to get back my account in 2-3 days time.
Both times happened when I m half way editing my post , what a sudden, Instagram asked M I a robot ? Following by want me to verify from a picture and key in the Sms security code .
After I done all , My account has been disable , the wording : Thank you for your info … came out .
The first time : day 1 , we are not able to fill in any complaint form , because of the system not allowed, shown I need to verify my account first , but I have no way to verify because my account disable , day 2, i trying to fill in form again , this time the system shown our account has been deleted ,and still not allowed to fill in form , this is a huge shocked to me and don’t know what can i do. day 3 , when I checked my account again, suddenly, it’s back , without doing anything, so I don’t know what is going on here .
Second time : which is yesterday evening, same things happened to me again , I try to fill in form which rejected due to I need to verify my account,
And I try to log in , the page still shown : thanks for my info …
until today’s evening ‘when I try to log in my account, this time no more thanks for your info , is your account has been disable for violating our terms , I m quickly went to the help Center filled in the complaint form , to says that Instagram deactivated my account by mistake , this time they accepted my form . And 2 hours later , when I checked my account, thank god , my account is back … this time took me 30 hours to get back . I m happy enough .

thanks for sharing your experience. Which form did you submit? Did you have to send a selfie after submitting the form? It took you only 2 hours to recover the account.
I have tried with 3 different email to submit appeal and everyday, but always they reply with this email.
Is that still a chance to get my account back? What appeal will attrack they attention?
Why in my phone i still can login and request an appeal, but just a few hour ago i tried login using My computer it said the account already deleted and can’t restore. Is it still posible to get my account back? 
I think that’s normal, the option to appeal after login is only available on phone. if you want to submit the appeal form on your computer, you should visit Instagram Help Center and submit the appeal from there.
Did you get disabled because you posted copyrighted contents?
I don’t know for sure it is because my content or not. The day before i got banned, i upload 3 video. Two video was from china tiktok and one was from facebook. after the day i upload it still ok and i didn’t upload anything, and at the noon it suddently got banned without warning… And instagram said that someone report me because the copyright…

In fact I appealed for the 24 hours review. Now they are able to confirm its my own account however, they said that I’ve violated their terms of services. I’ve filled out the deactivation form , but I’m still worried that I might not get back my acc…
what happened after you appealed using the deactivation form and how many times you did that?
About 5 appeals today and I’m not sure when will they reply to my appeal form … like cmon I don’t care if my account can’t be restored I just want an answer from them whether my acc can be salvaged or not…
that’s Ig and that how they work they are extremely slow when it comes to non verified accounts and ones that don’t have millions of followers just keep your cool and make sure to appeal every day untill you get your answer

I keep getting that response Your account has been disabled for not following the Instagram Community Guidelines and we won’t be able to reactivate it. Did you ever manage to get your account back?
