No, you don’t need seperate accounts for different countries or regions. The only difference might be is the language barrier.
You should make boards for both languages… if you can.
On the other hand, create more than two different accounts (aka tier one accounts), both langauges and start repinning your stuff to the respective countries to drive traffic to your main account.
