(Q)how to warm up fresh create accounts

i am facing quite alot fresh own create accounts(by fake gmail) banned on residental proxies, i believe issue happened from follow tool, i rest the accounts on jarvee with proxy for around 12 to24 hours, and start running follow tool from 5-15 and increase by 10 for each day, accounts face banned after 2-3days. dont have any follow blocks issue so far on this 2-3days
