Should I just send them a Picture of myself holding it? (The Account is an Female Profile).

You can rent a freelancer on Fiverr to do it if you’re not a girl.
This is what they require from you so yes, it looks like it’s the only option

Are they comparing the pictures of that profile with the verification photo? I could ask my girlfriend to do it but shes not blonde like the girl on the banned instagram profile. Could it still work?
It says there that it’s okay even if you don’t have actual pictures of yourself on that account. What’s important is that the photo should show the user holding the paper with the code written on it with both hands.

yes, it will work and it doesn’t even have to be a female all what they want is a human holding the paper with the code.
