I have just joined your service 3 days ago! I am so anxious to get my IG account back (banned since November 2020)!

QUESTION: What is the play icon + message below? Should I click this to begin the unbanning process?

" You are about to start processing @accounname .Note: that this is your Free account and it won’t be subject to any kind of extra charges"

I assume you are on Mobile. The play icon is the β€œStart” button for the account. Simply hit Confirm on that dialog and the account will be added to the queue :slight_smile:

Hi! No i am using the desktop version. Now that I hit the start button, is there anything I need to do on my end? Or do I just keep checking the status?

There is nothing else to do, not even checking the status technically. By default no update from our end means no positive response from IG / the Account is still disabled.

We send out Emails for Unbas (and Telegram notification if you have that set-up)

TL;DR

We trained our employees to handle the recent roadblocks of unbanning.
The unbanning ratio should go up now again.


For the last few weeks, it was a blurry line between the Instagram backend being broken and them actually blocking unbanning attempts, which is why we reacted quite slow to the problem. After detailed research and some modification, it should be smooth sailing again for the next few months. I hope everyone gets their account unbanned as fast as possible. But this shows again that we can help people in trouble without them worrying if the system will be broken again tomorrow or not. Our staff is here everyday to process your accounts and that will not change in the near future.

While already answered via Live Chat, for everyone else:
As Unban images (at least not currently) are not linked to the account appealed or need to match any face on the account, you don’t need to provide your own. Our team takes these pictures daily for you.

It’s not just you, but this error has been around for a couple of weeks now (that and telling users they have an invalid short-URL)

Few ways to bypass that.

Instagram stepped up their β€œsecurity”, you need to be more creative now :slight_smile:

I have been testing this service with 5 accounts since 18 days now.
So far nothing happened for any of them.
Are you having success with appeals at the moment?

Yes, 17 unbans in the last 30 days
Run times are all over the place, with the highest sitting at 67 appeals, lowest is the usual β€œone-off” that some accounts are graced with. An average for that would be 15 Appeals for an unban.

Its even higher then 67. I restarted my accounts a couple of times.
If I wouldn’t have done that it would be in the region of 90+ appeals for around 20 accounts.
Started before December and still no unban for any account.
Its frustrating but i do not blame Recap.
I will use it until my Balance runs out. I spend 50$-60$ on the top up bonus event and i believe 40$ before that for a month.

Well. What can i say. Maybe its a lost case on these Accounts. Will not spend more then the amount that i already paid.

What kind of accounts are those? How many followers and what kind of TOS Violation?

From 1-20K followers.

A lot of them was my dumb mistake (login on automation + doing an action on my phone)

All in all only automation tos breaks
