As Unban images (at least not currently) are not linked to the account appealed or need to match any face on the account, you don’t need to provide your own. Our team takes these pictures daily for you.

I just wanted to appeal an account (did not do it in months on my pc) and this happened

It’s not just you, but this error has been around for a couple of weeks now (that and telling users they have an invalid short-URL)
Few ways to bypass that.

I have been testing this service with 5 accounts since 18 days now.
So far nothing happened for any of them.

Run times are all over the place, with the highest sitting at 67 appeals, lowest is the usual “one-off” that some accounts are graced with. An average for that would be 15 Appeals for an unban.

Its even higher then 67. I restarted my accounts a couple of times.
If I wouldn’t have done that it would be in the region of 90+ appeals for around 20 accounts.
Started before December and still no unban for any account.
Its frustrating but i do not blame Recap.
I will use it until my Balance runs out. I spend 50$-60$ on the top up bonus event and i believe 40$ before that for a month.
Well. What can i say. Maybe its a lost case on these Accounts. Will not spend more then the amount that i already paid.

What kind of accounts are those? How many followers and what kind of TOS Violation?
From 1-20K followers.
A lot of them was my dumb mistake (login on automation + doing an action on my phone)
All in all only automation tos breaks
Just got 1 Account unbanned. Same TOS Violations like all the others so I guess it takes more time for the others but check this:
you can clearly see that without me refreshing the “time” that it took 3.12$ for one account
that is 0.03$ per day
So it was actually 104 days for my first account to get unbanned.
Still 22 in the process.

hello, I have an account with 18k followers that is banned for artificial.
looking to try your service, how optimistic should I be? I heard that it’s the worst kind of ban? (compared to TOS , sexual, impersonation ,etc…)

I have registered for this service for 1 month now with 22 accounts from 1k to 30k followers, but none of these unban!
Just extended one more month and add around 30 accounts to see what happens after 2 months!

Be prepared to wait. Some can be unbanned in days.

Not very. You are at the grace of Facebook, which for Automation and Appealing means the same thing:
Constant disappointments 
The less you ‘care’ what happens to your account, the bigger the surprise if you get it back.
It feels like a few months back appeals (submitted from me personally) worked much better and responses were quicker.
Right now it seems Facebook ignores almost every appeal.
Might be due to so many disabeld accounts since they came up with the brilliant 24h review pop up.
i lost an aged 60k followers ig and it’s I tried appealing 4 times but no reply yet.
That’s not saying much - accounts get unbanned/rejected mostly without replies at the moment.
