hey is the service working currently?

One of my client’s account is disabled and it’s an old account with proper manual actions for years and posts stories and everything like any other normal manual account. The account got 24 hour review yest and now it’s banned. I also tried using the form but i keep getting this msg. I think the form is not working again can anyone confirm if it’s working?

Which form are you submitting? Is the client’s FB account linked to his IG?
Form is working normally at the moment

There was some issue with my browser I used another browser and now it’s working.

Yes, the account is connected to Facebook

Why don’t you ask for a certificate business image to send with the form ?

Because we do not collect sensitive customer information and documents.

‘Business’ accounts can be appealed using the form for ‘Personal’ accounts.

You don’t really want to send your business documents to random people across the internet :blush:

Well most of business docs are public anyway - if it does better it should be doine that way

Can you help with obtaining a disabled account back from losing its authenticator? I can still login but doesn’t have the recovery code :frowning_face:

Our service is only for reactivating disabled accounts (that have been banned by IG for violating the ToS)
Once the account is reactivated, you will still require the usual information such as Password/EV/PV/2FA

how often are you appealing and with how many emails?

I send a req 3 days back and I just did 1 today with a new email. Unbanning an aged client’s account which got disabled cause of automation use.

on average how long is it taking to unban 1 account? I have 1 client’s account which is aged and lots of manual actions and she has been using it regularly along with automation for growth. the account got banned cause of automation so in this case do you have any idea how long it can take for the account to get unbanned? also do you send daily 1 appeal from new email for the whole month? i wanted to take the service as i have multiple account needed to get unbanned.

These account got hundred thousand of follower have been running around 65 days. None of these account were unban yet. Im so sad, i dont know this service really working or not :sob: :sob:

These account were ban cause of copyright / violent content.

There is no need to switch between emails if there is no issue, each account gets their own email assigned when (re-)started which stays until there is an issue, the account is unbanned, or stopped.
Emails are then taken out of rotation and replaced.
I would classify changing the email with every request as 'unnatural, as real users usually only have one to a handful of addresses that they use on a daily basis. Also, the need to change up the email for each appeal (as in, you are not getting a code otherwise) indicates an underlying issue with the appeals you are sending.

As we do not collect (suspected) ban reasons, we can’t tell you an average for a ban case, but even if we could that average would not be very reliable.
If you really want a random number: 6.58 days is the average for an unban since we have started the service.

thanks for explaning. I am getting code on same email and different too so changing email is not necessary i guess.

Also should i use the email that is on the account or any other will do?

Any other will do, and I would even go as far as saying that using another Email causes less issues than the linked one.

I got my account back today but it was actually from an email I sent in myself since I got a response…however after about 5 hrs of using it it got deactivated again

My friend just told me to resend the code which I did but am I gonna have to wait another month or so again?
