Well I got this one today after I submitted my own review.

They definitely have changed their practice with actually replying to requests more regularly. Whether this is an auto reply’s or real people I have no idea.

I have two accounts that are deactivated right now. Both were deactivated for Violating Community Standards. One returns this message when I try to log in while the other returns this one. ReCap says both are recoverable but I don’t believe that’s the case.

Account #1 -140K followers & had been deactivated 4 times now (first time in October of 2020). I don’t think I’m getting this one back for a 5th time though. Here’s the message I get when I try to log-in to it.

Account #2 - 35K followers. Deactivated 1 time in January of 2021 & have never been sucessful in recovering it. Here’s the message I get when I try to log-in to it.

Notice the difference? I would imagine they should be the same. It’s as if they have truly deleted Account #2 instead of simply deactivating it.

Anyone reactivated recently?

Yes. Recap is still working, but these days we have to wait longer for reactivations.

Running more than 60 accounts for 2 months, no re-active so far. It seems like a hard time these days to unban accounts, I guess

Been using recap for 6 days now for my main personal account that got banned due to 3rd party app. First ban too. Still banned.

I haven’t seen any unbans recently either here or on Reddit.

Currently I’m doing two ad campaigns on my Facebook account just to get access to the business chat support eventually. There’s no way I’m waiting 6 months for my account back. Fking bullshit

My account has currently been disabled for over a month.
7 days using RECAP.

Would be good to hear about recent reactivations if there are any.

We have access to that feature and it will not help you in 99%
Cycling through support agents is just like appealing: a test of luck and patience.
There is a reason they have limited the availability of the chat function, as that is where people flocked to first.

Not had a reply (Your account has been disabled for not following the Instagram Community Guidelines and we won’t be able to reactivate it) message for about a month.

Switched off Recap yesterday and have been sent the deny message again.

So have just sent another appeal but not received a reply asking for the code. It’s so inconsistent.

I’m trying not to spam, one submit a day I think.

Is it possible to use appeals to an account which doesn’t exist in instagram search ?

I’m not sure I quite understand.
Those are the states an account can be in when added to Recap.

If you want it to be actively appealed, make sure it’s running (cog symbol on mobile) :blush:

Anyone has had any luck recently? I have added 8 accounts, which are running for a week now but none got unbanned so far.
