Nothing really. I got the 24 hours lock & got disabled after. I have not used any automatization on the accounts, just planned posts via Creator Studio.

I am suffering this too in 2 forms and 2 accounts. In the first account no appeals before, in the second my partner sent 2 appeals daily for one week and boom, so Idk
Edit: A lot of random people on reddit are experiencing the same thing.
Can confirm that submission is a PITA right now, so we might go back in hibernating (pausing the billing) until it’s back to normal. Might be also the cause for the drop in unbans.
Oh well, 2021 was a good run compared to form downtimes in 2020

Works fine as most of the times. When it comes to unbanning look at the averages and not always at the “now” situation. Sometimes Instagram’s backends for unbanning reporting are under maintenance. We understand that having an account banned can be stressful, but this is a marathon, not a sprint

If you are concerned about the billing of your recap.services account, while unbanning is not possible, don’t worry. Once our unbanning agents are not able to process requests for you (on average), we pause the billing on the entire platform.

I recently signed up to use your services on Recap . I have had the worst luck getting my page recovered. It was banned by a scammer and now I have tried everything including sending forms to get it back. Please if you can let me know more about the services you provide and how often forms are submitted to Instagram? Is the recovery time good around this time?

What makes you think it’s not working? Currently, submits are still within a bearable timeframe, aka what we can afford to pay our employees to sit there and retry accounts repeatedly. However, once we are past that threshold, we will announce so 
I didn’t get any notification for 3 days, and the system didn’t charge any credit as well although I have credit in the balance and Subscriptions status have more than 10 days. So are you guys pausing the process or some things?

Yep, same here some accounts no credits are being consumed
Also there has been no urban for more than 30 days
I’ve talked with our developer after @Gaevintt’s report and was told there were some stuck jobs for the billing which have been cleared today.
Any days not counted/billed due to this will stay the way they are and not recursively deducted from the users balance

any updates on recent unbans? Seems ig has slowed down the unban process significantly.
Not able to get unbans on good quality accounts too which are banned for automation.
I want to buy the service but want to see if there are any unbans happening. I saw a lot of users posting that they are not able to get unbans for months with the service.
You can always appeal yourself and assess the situation that way 
Fact is: 90% of the comments here will always be the same: Anyone got their account back? My account didn’t get unbanned, or is this service still active?
MPSocial is only a few percent of our user base, and even fewer people of that are actively posting

last time you gave us an update saying x accounts got banned in x days that’s why i asked any update on the current time are there any unbans happening from the service some stats would be great.
