Mainly just leaving it to Recap. The one that got unbanned was Recap only. I have tried manually submitting forms on a couple of accounts to test but they’re still disabled.

What is the oldest banned account you got back?
Do you mean in terms of account age? Time till unban? Or time since the ban happened?
Time since the ban happened ! So lets say someone had an account banned a year ago and they recovered it now after using the service.
I’ve just had 4 accounts reactivated in the last 12 hours. 3 were just Recap and 1 was after speaking to live chat on Facebook Business.
The 3 on Recap were only put on yesterday and only submitted one appeal.

We went into Facebook Business manager and went onto live chat. Said the account was disabled and it was pivotal to our business. They sent it for review.
Got an email from Facebook Concierge support saying they had detection tool in place that had seen we’d gone against community guidelines. They said on this occasion they’d reinstate the account but warned against going against the guidelines again. That was it.

They didn’t ask for anything. It was just a confirmation message to say that we had broken the rules and the account had been reactivated this time. There was was links to the Instagram terms and then tips to protect our account such as change password, 2 factor etc.

If the client got banned again they likely did something to earn it (both times)
But they will not admit that thing they are doing & will instead blame you
I have about 15 aged ig pages I have been using for scraping, would love to recover them if possible
