My instagram account has been hacked and I need help with getting my account back. Can someone help me
The form is working now and i have manually submitted around 6 appeals for 6 accounts and have 3 on recap going on so let’s see what happens! Hope to get some unbans!

wait 3 or 4 days and try again.
ahora se esta demorando 2 meses o más en recuperar las cuentas, salvo ciertas excepciones…
antes solo era 1 día, despues 3 a 7 días, después 15 días, después 30 días y parece que ahora son 2 meses o más.
Muchas gente comenzo a utilizar recap u otros servicios de unbanning accounts y obviamente ig se dio cuenta de esto, te recomiendo llenar el formulario 165 manualmente (hazlo con 3 correos diferentes, 3 días diferentes c/u) y esperar 2 a 3 meses. La otra opción es que si tiene BM la reclames via FB pero posiblemente te digan que llenes el formulario.

What is the longest it took for someone to recover their account when using recap…
For example your account got banned and after 10 days or 30 days etc of using recap it got unbanned…
now, it is delaying 2-3 months 
The current record is 172 days 
Closely followed by #2 with 160 days
and last but not least a few accounts share 123 days runtime on #3
Oh wow a whole 6 months. Did it matter what the violation was or it didnt really make a difference?
We do not track (believed) violations, so we can’t comment on that.
In the case of Rank #1, it was a legit client/business account, so Third-party tools, Copyright Infringement, or similar would be plausible.
Any sign of an increase in unbans yet?
More than 90 days no unban for 100 running accounts (1 account unbanned but I can not sign in - user not found). So I am quick even though my subscription has more than a half month to run this service.
In the past, Recap is very helpful but now very hard to recover accounts.

If you let Live Chat know, we can always ‘freeze’ your account so that you don’t waste the remaining credits if the climate is too harsh. That way you can always come back at a later date
I just checked from timestamp 1634774415 (Thursday, October 21, 2021 12:00:15 AM GMT), until right now we have tracked 21 unbans. I would put that in the ‘Ok’ category.
The list consists of:
- 1x 124 days
- 1x 35 days
- 1x 17 days
- 1x 11 days
- 4x 7 days
- 2x 3 days
- 11x 1 day
from a total of 12 Users

and this is among total how many users/accounts on the platform so we get an idea.
My good old IG account is banned. I think I don’t have the phone anymore. But cannot even login, nothing. Just came a message 1 week ago, suspcious activity and 24h under review and never heard back from IG. Was just gone.
Problem is I link my website there (SMM services also Instagram Followers) and some posts are about selling followers.
Is there a chance?
Which form on average works best in this poor instagram climate of reactivation?
