I literally lost hope until I just got an email from Instagram that my 25.1k account I promote 100% organically without any tools and banned at DECEMBER 9, 2018 just recovered!
I used those threads in order to appeal and fight those bastards:

Everything is possible in 2017 and tons of positivity.
As I said, It was promoted time past.
probably will get promoted with Jarvee now but just for the protocol… You can promote pages without tools even today.

That’s my opinion and I know people who promote IG pages without any tool, just have high engagement with the followers.
If oou have good content you don’t need anything but let the account grow by followers who will do the work for you.
