Why can't I follow or message someone on Pinterest? and my views are going down. Why?

I can’t accept it also. I can;t message. I can’t follow. My views are going down. I only can repin and add my pin. What happened?

Views will change on a daily basis. I lose/gain 20-30k every day. But the trend is always up. Not sure about messaging.
