No, I do not encourage anyone to reset their device id nor change their proxy.
Just shared my steps after the block was lifted.

Only thing to do while the block is still active is literally nothing, just wait and perform no action.

for 3 days i try to do story viewing and likes
after 3 days i try to do only story views (this is what jarvee recommended for me to do)
and after some days thet i see its not help
i try to stop all actions and for now its looks like it also not working

so now after a long time (almost 2 weeks)
i wirte a massage to Instagram that they have a mistake
and i hope its do the work
someone ever try to sand massage to Instagram?

I’m in the same way.
One of my account client, is in Action Block mode from 11 days.
I waited a few days, I changed proxis (I’m using proxies mobile) but nothing. For now nothing.
Enable only follow tool: other tools, comments, like, unfollow e.g., working well.

So, I don’t know what can I do…

Same situation in residential ip from Spain
2 accounts with acion blocks

I think that on May 9, 2019, it was the day that the problems began the same day for everyone
even without solution.

I have same situation about 1 account.

My suggest: change NOW proxies. Use 4g Mobile. For that write to @HenryCooper

After reading thread after thread, story after story, situation after situation, I can say this: NO ONE KNOWS WHY. There is a randomness to this just like other problems we have encountered in the past. One thing that isn’t random is we all follow and unfollow. In Instagram’s eyes MP is the exact same as your mobile phone. This isn’t a software problem. Without any hard evidence, this is a RANDOM ‘I’m following 800 and unfollowing 800’ people problem. It sucks. MP team in another thread mentioned we may need another growth strategy since follows are getting targeted. Maybe they are right, or maybe not. Just ride it out.

Got an account blocked on the follow tool on 9th May too. It has been more than 2 weeks with all actions turned off and it is still not working.

If the blockade was on day 9, after 20 everything seems normal now,

The total was 3 accounts:

1.- about 7 days of blocking
2.- about 12 days of blocking
3.- and the last 20 days.
