Same here I haven’t gotten a reply either, it’s driving me crazy
Seeing as how everyone is on the i can’t recover page bandwagon, i decided to join the fun too. I’ve not recovered accs before because they’re not worth it, but i’m going to give it a try anyway to see what the hype is all about.
First step, initiate recover page, sent the request and got the reply 5 minutes later.
Sent the photo, now waiting for response.

They normally respond within 1-3 days and they wont work on weekend .

They work on Saturdays but not on Sundays. Few weeks ago I got a reply on Saturday and got my account recovered.
Otherwise yes, typically they respond in 2 days (from my experiences).

Are you sure it was Saturday in their timezone?

Yes. I got a reply on Saturday around 8PM (GMT+2). If they are in the US it was Saturday morning/afternoon, if they are in Asia it’s already Sunday, so they work on weekends.
I don’t know where they are but once I received a reply message where the “Original message: …” and the “Subject” texts was in Korean.

I’ve gotten my page recovered on a Saturday before too

No problems for me ( hotmail/outlook ).
Always within a few hour i receive an email. Doesn’t matter which time/day.
But when i send the recover form i always put the original e-mail / fullname.
Which name you enter doesn’t matter really. Other e-mail never tried.

I haven’t gotten a response from outlook either (which is the new email I linked my page to.) should I start appealing using the creation email? Or another email that was previously linked?
Always use the original creation mail offcourse.
But if you received an mail from IG to your new ( other ) email continue with that.
In the future Always use the original creation mail.

I’ve sent in an appeal from my home desktop using my creation email on the form, and received an email asking for my business documents. Should I reply to this email from my cell phones IP or from my home desktop?
I got the recover email last night and I’m waiting for they are respond
