You can send friend requests to users and then invite them to your page. Also, posting good quality and unique content is crucial.
You can automate all those actions with Jarvee.

Aside from the Search and Add Friends, you can also use the Contact tool > Friend Requests to add target users as friends. You can extract members of a group that is in your niche, then send them friend requests.

Back in the day I used to share my fb page reaction posts to several groups , they used to get huge traffic and I once grown a page to 170k in very short time but then it got deleted.
