Impossible Instagram Verification Loop

I’ve tried every fix I’ve seen posted on this site and others—no luck. But, as @Victoria_Peralta just suggested, I checked Twitter and see the amount of people having this same issue in realtime, it makes me feel that a fix will be released.

Anyway, I messaged them via the “Need More Help?” button in the iOS app—got a quick (but generic) reply asking me to confirm details about the account…so I’ll update on that when/if I hear back.

Out of curiosity—how many people were (or weren’t) running any kind of automation/growth techniques?

I thought I was only one having this issue. Got the same message yesterday. " Help us Confirm you own this account".

I just got the same issue yesterday as well. this happening to all of us few days before Christmas. this is crazy.

We should all hashtag with our accounts. That would explode them and probably be over the mainstream media as if you could imagine tens of thousands of our accounts!

I’ve had enough! I’ve been at this for 5 to 6 months with at least 2000+ accounts that’s became banned but I’ve recently found a better way to warm up accounts.

I’ve managed to successfully grow 90 accounts that are performing well but as for the past 3 days I’ve not used any actions except DM to Extracted Users - but that’s it!

I have the same problem, the big problem is Instagram send a verification code on ORIGINAL EMAIL, if you don’t have the og email you can’t do nothing. Because i got change password on current email, but when i try to enter into the account, they want to send the verification code on Original email, and if you don’t have, for now your acc R.I.P

I don’t think it’s that because I do have access to my OG email and I do get the code—but am still thrown back into the same loop.

The instructions from @Artie worked completely as explained up until step 13/14. Just looped me again.

The problem is that when i try to login-in step1 - step 2 ok, i recieve The email verification with Og email, and i can’t modify this step.

Has anyone heard back ? We should spam them to get their attention

I didn’t have any luck either in the end. On the step where it was supposed to confirm my identity I just got hit with the same “Help us confirm…” screen again.

Still locked out. Hoping for a global fix or a follow up email from support since they gave me a small list of things to answer. Will update if I get one.

Same here! Randomly started getting a white screen on IG last night so I deleted and reinstalled- have been getting that loop since. I run my business through my IG so this is pretty devastating! I used the IG support email last night, send the pic with the code like they asked, and nothing. No response at all. This is awful- I spent 8 years growing that account!
