I am starting a podcast. In May I hire guy on FFiver to make logo, social media headers, and more like that.
When he gave me the accounts (Twitter, Instagram and Facebook) I was unable to enter the Instagram. It says to confirm account we need you to send a request for help.
Never able to find any form to request help except one for account that was hacked. I tried that, but nothing happen over two weeks sense sending message.
Any thoughts, suggestions or links?
Try this solution, it used to work for some users:
First Download Opera browser here:
After that go to Settings - Advanced - Enable VPN
-Choose your proxy/customer location
-Open Instagram and click on forget your password - Write the email of the account and send the code
-Open your email or ask from your clients to forward this email to you
-Open the email and click on reset password,
-Change your password to a new one (don’t forget what you wrote)
-Open your Email or ask from your clients to forward the email with the title “Your Instagram Password has been changed”
-Click on Secure your account and then click on - Yes, this was me - Approve your location

Hello again. I tried that method. No good news.
I also tried variations of that method, such as using phone not browser.
I did get link to change password, and could change password, but would not allow me to log in. Same error message.
Other suggestions?
