Instagram Follow Block - Mega Thread - Level 1 [SERIOUS]

@Rizzla Proxy related? Intervals too short? I got some accounts back from follow block and working with 200-250 follows per day without problems till now.

were they above or below a 30 day total of 6k follow actions?

so you’re basically saying they want to make instagram like facebook? where you should just follow your friends and that’s it, i’m pretty sure the app would die off in 6 months if it was like that.
from what i noticed, all pages that have like 10k+followers are followblocked

I am offering my clients who have had issues (90% of them) a prorated “free” period, which accounts for the last week or two that we haven’t been able to perform actions on their behalf. I make it clear that it is Instagram’s issue and not ours, but that we understand that this is a very frustrating situation. I am adding this free period to the end of their contract, since all services are paid for in advance and on autopay.

No on has pushed back for an actual refund so far. If they do, sorry, per my contract I do not offer refunds.

@adolfousier No proxy being used, just on my personal account off my phone. Interval was relatively short, I followed the initial account, got excited and like 120 seconds later tried to follow the second to find that I was blocked again. Haven’t launched JV again yet, though I doubt it would work currently regardless.

I’m also nowhere close to being to the 6k/30 thing. I am still hovering around 10k follow actions I believe.

@neoxdz Lol, it seems so, I don’t really care to follow my facebook friends in general on my IG, but something was a little weird with this. And I still show up under their ‘followings’.

Let me say in another words, maybe then you will understand what I am talking about.

The Main thing instagram want to change is get rid of Fakes - followers who were bought and > services/softs that are doing follow-for-follow (likes, comments). You got what I mean ?

So. to keep it simple in my words, Inst just marked all accounts which did many actions as Fakes and banned Follow for some time for people to log out the accounts from this services and chats follow-for-follow (likes, comments).

See what I am talking about?

I get what you’re saying but you can’t possibly say that as fact or even as the reason why we’re all getting blocked because what YOU’RE saying is also a theory, just like the 6000/30 theory.

It’s just that as far as theories go, the majority of people here are able to share a common factor, that is, most of their accounts above 6000 follows are blocked, with an exception of a few that are still running way past the 6000 threshold. Then you have people with some accounts getting blocked with <5000 follows (and aside from a bad proxy, no one can explain that either).

I have close to 200 accounts all on their own proxy and roughly 75% of them are blocked, and as much as you don’t want to hear it those accounts are all above 6000/30… so yeah, my data is supporting the 6000/30 theory. I do have about 6 accounts at 10-14k/30 that are still going at it but I’ve since lowered the following setting to 0-100 until the storm passes.

I will also say: unless you’re an Instagram developer, our theories will always remain theories. No one is trying to spread misinformation. The community’s data speaks for itself.

@papa_z If you were replying to me, I am still well above the 6k/30 mark.

I actually wrote about why it may be 6k, plus I wrote several times why it still may something be with follows quantity that’s not the main problem here

So accounts are getting back on track, on the last 48h, 6 accounts got the follow unblocked and 2 of them were above the 6k/30 limit. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::smiling_face_with_three_hearts::smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Important to mention: 3 from those accounts I’ve never stopped any activities, when was with follow block I was viewing stories, stories comments, commenting on post, liking comments and also unfollowing, so some clients didn’t even notice this follow block wave.

Incase anyone is interested, I emailed Jarvee and asked what their recommended setting were at the moment with all the activity block issues. This is what they said…

Hi,

Please don’t follow more than 300 users per day and limit your follow tool on 15 follow actions per hour.

Please don’t use your follow and unfollow tool simultaneously, try to use automatic follow/unfollow option:

Enable automatic follow/unfollow is a function that will start or stop the tool after certain amount of followers/followings is reached. So the Follow tool will work until account follows (for example) 7498 users, then the Follow tool stops and Unfollow tool starts unfollowing until number of followings is less than 500 (example) you can change that number from unfollow settings as shown in the picture below:

It’s recommended to use this option in order to avoid running both tools at the same time.

And it’s necessary to enable “automatic follow/unfollow” in both tools, Follow and Unfollow, but you only start one tool and Jarvee will take care of the rest.

If you need help with anything else, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Best regards,

Nano

Ah, I missed that part. Apologies!

Yes @Arthuditu, two accounts unblocked today with more than 6000 follow last 30 days so I advice them to reduce the following(as both of them follow too many people for my lucky) just to get more days to get back to the follow process but also respecting the theory we have till now (6000/30) and fortunately is working with many accounts, when it’s down below 5000 I’ll get back to follow.

Just for now, let’s leave this calm down and wait till we have some real facts to grab)

I really don’t think that is the best, you need to slow down… But you also need larger intervals to make it more humanized (guess that is why only 30% of the accounts I’m managing got blocked).

Right now(till unstable) I’m doing 15 to 20 or 20 to 25 with intervals of 60 to 90 seconds between them and also 60 to 90 minutes interval between actions.

Update on my previous message with brief overview;

For last 5 days I’ve had 10 out of 30 accounts with follow block.
5 of these accounts followed less than 5k/30 have a follow action ban

2 of the 5 accounts that followed less than 5k can follow again (one yesterday and one today both after 4pm GMT) - but their numbers both went under 4k before the block was lifted

Both accounts have less than 6k followers themselves… so maybe this is for smaller accounts?

25 days I’m guessing? Since 1045 x 6 exceeds 6k monthly cap. I’m in the same boat so…

We contacted every client we have and told them the truth, that the health and security of their accounts are our priority, wich lead us to stop our service for 1-2 weeks so we can understand which consequences the new update Will have.

Also, we sent the link of the website (I can’t remember now the name) where you can see if IG is down, so they can see that we are not lying.

They applauded our sincerity and recommended our service to their Friends, because our proffesionality. I think that this update is helping us to even aquire new clients hahaha
